Storm for a Blind

Written by Bon45

Howling gale,

Pounding rain,

Flapping sails,

Clogging lanes,

Uprooting trees,

Shattering bricks,

Choppy seas,

The storm picks.

I stand in the storm,

Drifted far, far away,

Can’t remember where I’m from,

Can’t remember if it’s night or day,

With my blind eyes,

Under this stormy sky in this stormy isle.

Thunder and lightning lies

To me about hope in this eternal trial.

Are you really blind? I mean, the poem seems so real... esp. how you use no visual effect and just use sounds to describe the storm. Keep it up; you have done something great.

Hi! Isle is a rhyming word of trail... Just letting you know because I just knew it today.
