Life 2.0

Life constantly hurts you,

Gives you pain,

Gives you tears,

Falling in a slow rain.

Life makes you a diamond,

By pressing you down,

It polishes you till you shine,

By wearing you down.

The hardest road is life, 

It’s crazy and it’s tough,

It picks you up and smashes you down, 

There’s nothing more rough.

Life is never ever fair,

It doesn’t know how,

Life will always surprise you,

Forever and now. 

What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.

Then maybe you’ll last a bit longer.
