"Nobody will stop you from creating. Do it tonight. Do it tomorrow. That is the way to make your soul grow." (Kurt Vonnegut)
Cornelia likes to be surprised by all the projects her guests come up with. She likes it when they allow the place to inspire them, when suddenly there are portraits of moths and wild flowers.
"One important goal at Fraggina and Mulinaccio is to teach us to open our eyes and ears to all the life that surrounds us and to not just see and judge things from our human perspective. What is the name of that spider? Why does the bee collect sand? Who hunts in the sky, who nests under the roof? So many questions un-asked, so many other inhabitants of this planet unseen."
You all probably heard the word 'Anthropocene' for our current age. Another one is the 'Age of Loneliness' for we disconnected so profoundly fromo ne another and from all other forms of life.
"At Fraggina and Mulinaccio", Cornelia says, "we try to connect to the network of life again, in small steps, with a few names learned, and most of all, the sense of wonder, granted by the natural world."
